Payments and shipping

Credit Card
Payment by Credit Card is provided using the Unicredit service. 
Transactions are encrypted and secure.

PayPal
By choosing the PayPal payment method, the customer can pay directly through his PayPal account.
Natuned.com reserves the right to ship the goods to the address verified on the PayPal account.

 

Shipping

- Shipments to Italy and abroad are made via SEUR courier.
- Furthermore, it is not possible to deliver to Packstations.

- Delivery of the package on the mainland is generally guaranteed within 48 hours.
- Orders are shipped by Natuned.com from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.

- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

- Orders for items already available are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. The Credit Card will be charged on the day of the order.

- In all cases Natuned.com reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur.

- All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Natuned.com and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs charged to Natuned.com will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

- Natuned.com shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance ceases to be valid.

- Shipping costs are free for orders over €50.
